My Style: M&S

Whilst on my mission to secure the M&S Beauty Advent calender yesterday morning i rushed through the Limited Collection section and a few items caught my attention.

The first was a Christmas Jumper featuring a PomPom Christmas tree. Now I’m not a typical Christmas jumper wearer but I was instantly drawn to this due to the brightly coloured pom-poms and my current love of all things PomPom. I’m thinking of Christmas Day with jeans or coated leggings provided it’s big and relaxed enough. 

  
The monochrome checked coat was also saying “buy me”. Alas it’s very similar to the Topshop Unique coatigan I recently purchased so I’m not sure I can justify it. But I’m seriously considering it. 

I them checked out the Limited range on line and two further coats caught my eye. One being this  fabulous brightly coloured faux fur  coat and a denim coat with tie cuffs that is very Isabel Marant. The faux fur coat would be a fabulous evening coat worn with black. The Let it Snow jumper is a monochrome alternative but currently the PomPom jumper is the object of my affection and will likely be purchased later today.

I popped into Marks and Spencer en route to the office on Friday morning. M&S has to be one of my favourite shops every day without fail I use or wear something I bought in M&S.
I spied the following items that I really like. I already have the navy jumpsuit which I love and the shape seems to suit my 5’10 mummy tummy frame. The print on the fan print jumpsuit was gorgeous and I really love the shape of it. I do have three jumpsuits already though so I’m hesitating. The suede tunic caught my eye as a tran seasonal item which could work with leggings or tights as we go into Autumn. The white shirt dress really reminded me of a white shirt dress I had my eye on in Karen Millen but for 20pc of the price. 

They are last days of summer buys, I’m contemplating a late summer holiday in October half term so perhaps that justifies them! I also love the print jumpsuit for M but I can’t get her to wear trousers for love nor money.

M&S now have amazing beauty halls online and even in my local store.

I can get Emma Hardie, Ren, Loccitane and Ultrasun while picking up some kids clothing or more usually en route to the cafe for a coffee and cake with M which is adjacent to the beauty hall. I often have 20% off beauty and try and buy with the discount and using my M&S credit card “as you can get points” as my lovely mum would say. Here are some of my favourites. I’ve tried them all except the polish which looks like a dupe of a high end polish which I love.
